        1 - The Effectiveness of Acceptance and Commitment Training Program on Acceptance of Autistic Children by Mothers

        This study was accomplished to evaluate the effectiveness of the acceptance and commitment training on the acceptance of autistic children by mothers. The method of the study was quasi-experimental with pre-test, post-test, and follow-up design. Population of the study included the whole mothers whose autistic child was receiving training and rehabilitation in Nedaye Asre Tehran Autism Center in educational year of 2015-16. Using convenience sampling, eleven mothers were selected as a sample group and received acceptance and commitment training in nine two-hour-sessions. As a research tool, the second edition of Acceptance and Action Questionnaire was used and analyzed based on data using paired/correlated t-test. Data analysis of results revealed that there was a significant difference between the results of the pre-test, post-test and follow-up. The result confirmed that acceptance and commitment training has been effective on mothers in accepting their autistic child, by increasing psychological flexibility and decreasing experiential avoidance.         The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of test anxiety management training on the mindfulness, psychological flexibility and resilience in students with test anxiety. The design of this study was quasi-experimental with pre-test-post-test and control group, and the population of the study included all female high school students in Rasht in the academic year of 2019-2020, who after performing a diagnostic test in order to identify students with test anxiety, the 34 participants were assigned randomly in control and experimental groups of 17. Test Anxiety Questionnaire, Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, psychological flexibility questionnaire and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale were completed, as the pre-test, by both groups, and after nine test anxiety training sessions, were given again to the groups, as the post-test. The data were analyzed by one-way ANCOVA. The results indicated that test anxiety training is effective to improve psychological flexibility and resilience, but no significant effect was observed on mindfulness. These findings have implicit applications for teachers and educators. Manuscript profile

        This study has been done with aim of effectiveness trans diagnostic therapy based on emotion efficiency, cardio-vascular reaction, sleep quality and psychological flexibility of the prisoners with PTSD. The research method was semi-exprimental with pre-test, post-test and the control group with monthly period follow-up. The statistical population included all patients referred to Sadr psychiatry hospital in Tehran in the years 1400-1401, from which 30 people were selected in an accessible and purposeful manner and randomly assigned to exprimental (n=15) and control (n=15) groups In order to gathering data, efficiency emotion scale (EES-2), depression scale, anxiety and stress (DASS-21), psychological flexibility form and Pitesbourg sleep quality index (PSQI) and estimate vital signs by pressure gauge device were used Data were analysed using repeated measures analysis of variance The result of analysis showed that, there was significant difference between the exprimental group and control group in terms of dependent variable in pre-test phase towards post-test in monthly period follow-up The examination of the follow-up periods showed that, there was no significant difference between monthly follow-up and post-test periods. The presistence of the treatment effect over time and a month after end of meetings From the above findings, it can be concluded that, transdiagnostic therapy based on emotion efficiency has been a remarkable effect on decrease of depression, anxiety, stress and cardio vascular reaction signs and less effectiveness in psychological flexibility.
